College Peer Mentors

This year, our Center has 19 College Peer Counselors! College Peer Counselors are current Seniors that work directly with Ms. Fernandez in promoting a college going culture at Banning High School. All peer counselors are trained by College Advisors and are eager to help you with your post-secondary options!

Class of 2021 Caseloads

Every College Peer Counselor is required to work with a caseload of seniors and provide one-on-one assistance to them. If you have not been assigned to a Peer, fill out this Google Form TODAY and one will be assigned to you!

College Bound

The Boys & Girls Club College Bound is a program available to ALL students! As a member, you will receive one-on-one case-management and be advised on the correct classes to fulfill High School and A-G university admission requirements. As a member, you will also receive FREE virtual and in person resources and guidance in FAFSA, SAT/ACT preparation and college admissions.

Educational Talent Search is a federally funded program that assists students with the college and financial aid process. To be a member you must submit an application! All grades can apply.
