                                                                                OCTOBER 23rd - (PSAT) SENIOR ACTIVITIES

8:30 - 8:50           

Senior Attendance

• Seniors Line up to receive their name card from their respective letter of the alphabet line.

• Seniors use this card to receive their breakfast.

• All unclaimed cards by 9:00 AM will be given to the Attendance Office to mark absent Seniors.  

• 6 STAFF TO DISTRIBUTE NAME CARDS BY ABC ORDER. WILL USE 6 PLASTIC TABLES WITH NAME CARDS SORTE AS:

  • 1> A → C

  • 2> D → G

  • 3> H → L

  • 4> M → P

  • 5> Q → S

  • 6> T → Z

• PLACE TABLES IN 6 AREAS, SEPARATED

  • 2 BY RED DOORS

  • 2 BY MURAL COVERED EATING AREA

  • 2 BY ROUND TABLES BETWEEN GRASS AND ASPHALT

  • DUARTE - TAKE UNCLAIMED NAME CARDS TO ATTENDANCE OFFICE BY 9:00 AM, CONFIRM TIME WITH CAREY

9:00  - 10:00      

Senior Breakfast & Dues

• Seniors line up w/ their name card to receive breakfast. Teachers support w/ distributing food & spread out around tables to supervise.

•  Seniors also pay their Senior dues at Student Store. One teacher to support supervision w/ line at Student Store

• Seniors clean up their table and released by table to go to Cragin once their table is clean. Teachers help w/ students cleaning their area before being dismissed to Cragin.

                         

10:00 - 10:15     

Seniors transition to Cragin

                           

10:15 - 11:00 (11:00 - 11:15 Kahoot)   

Senior Slideshow to Review Senior Expectations in Cragin

• Legaspi runs Slideshow

• Duarte Speaks on Counseling

• Teachers positioned in all spread out locations and stand to supervise students

11:00 - 11:15           

Senior Kahoot Review

• Carey helps run Kahoot

• Seniors must only use their LAUSD MyMail as their Kahoot NAME (w/out @mymail.laud.net)

                                                             

11:20 - 11:25           

Walk to Field for Fotorama (Teachers walk and supervise students.) 

11:30 - 12:00

Students Line up for Fotorama picture and take “25” picture.

Teachers spread out along the line to supervise students.

Dismiss students to lunch
